My Story
My Story is simple: I have a passion and drive for construction that dates back many decades, with a “toolbox” of experience.
As a teenager, I would spend my summer breaks working on various construction projects. Here, I discovered my passion for construction. I completed my post-secondary studies in business and started my career in the building industry. By my mid 20’s, I worked as a Site Superintendent and Project Manager for a prominent General Contractor in both the residential and commercial sectors. From there, I started my first business venture as a sub-contractor until finally establishing myself in Barrie with my own home building company. I proudly built over 45 homes in the Barrie area as a “hands on Builder”. I maintained an impeccable building record with zero chargeable conciliations with the Tarion Warranty Corporation.
Following the completion of my last subdivision, I semi-retired as a home builder to pursue other ventures (and adventures!) before finally settling in Wasaga Beach.
